Cintia Blanco

Cintia is a PhD candidate in the CDC-Innov chair of Polytechnique Montreal. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology and a Master's degree in Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), and an MBA in Strategic Management of Science and Technology in Public Research Institutes from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/EAESP). Cintia has worked as Senior Analyst in Science and Technology for the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTIC) and also for the National Institute for Space Research (INPE). Her research topics are public policies, problem structuring, big science, S&T planning, monitoring, and management.
