Catherine Beaudry recipient of the Canadian Science Policy Centre's (CSPC) 2023 Trailblazer Award
4POINT0 is pleased to announce that Catherine Beaudry is the recipient of the Canadian Science Policy Centre's (CSPC) 2023 Innovation Policy Trailblazer Award. This award recognizes "individuals who have demonstrated innovation and creativity through their leadership, vision, courage, and positive and meaningful engagement with the Canadian science, technology and innovation policy ecosystem".
Following in the footsteps of Elicia Maine, who won this prestigious award last year, Catherine has distinguished herself through her multidisciplinary research at the interface between science and technology (S&T) management, systems engineering and the economics of innovation. Her research aims to understand the science, technology and innovation (STI) system as a whole, enabling companies to develop better innovation strategies, while giving public decision-makers the tools to better develop STI policies. Her systemic vision of the interrelationships of the STI system and the impact of the underlying policies make her a recognized leader.
